The fruit for this wine (100% Dijon 777 clone Pinot Noir) is sourced exclusively from the sustainably farmed Las Nietas Vineyard, located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains in Corralitos, California.
Expertly crafted at Windy Oaks Estate Winery, it was aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels. This supple Pinot Noir exhibits the characteristics of the terroir in which the fruit was grown. Aromas and flavors of red cherries, plum, and strawberry are braced by subtle tannins and acidity. A lovely sophisticated, delicious wine has been achieved. Enjoy now and for years to come!
